I am an event planer in the hotel and restaurant business with 36 years of experience.
I am planning and executing á la carte, banquet service, culinary and individual events to the highest standards in hotels and restaurants with Michelin stars and with rank.
Since 1989 I've been also training young staff to the highest standards.
